X-Rays and Ultrasound Imaging

Physiotherapists with proper credentials are authorized to refer patients for x-rays and ultrasound imaging. These tests must be used judiciously to assist in establishing a diagnosis, to assist in interventional procedures, or in clinical decision making. Here at Elevation Physiotherapy, we have Clinicians who have been authorized by the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta to order diagnostic imaging.
